Former Prime Minister Sir John Key has gone into business with the Chow brothers, set to raise $100 million for housing development, and Sentinel Planning has been asked to join the ride.
The Key family property development company, MTK Capital, which includes Sir John's son Max, recently announced a partnership with Chow's Stonewood Group.
Sentinel Planning's Managing Director, Simon O'Connor, said his firm would be providing consent services to a long list of projects earmarked by Stonewood Key Capital. He said he was thrilled to be partnering with such an experienced group. "There is no doubt that Sir John and the Chow brothers bring a breadth of experience that is hard to look past," Simon said.
"Sentinel Planning has a long history of working with influential planners of varying size and achieving excellent results, but to work closely on projects linked to Sir John is something quite special."
There are currently around ten projects being worked on in the team effort.
